We had to drive up to Sun Valley this past week for one of Deanne’s doctor’s appointments. It a beautiful excursion...except for some of the worlds dumbest drivers. Ah yes. We’re cruisy at the 65 MPH speed limit when suddenly there is a little red sports car right on my bumper...I mean right on my bumper. I was on a long straight stretch and so I pulled a bit over to the right letting him know, “Go ahead Buddy, the racetrack is all yours” ...he didn’t pass...he just stayed on my bumper. At this point dear reader, you should know my German/Cowboy mindset took over and evil thoughts crept into my mind. Now, my pickup is a big 350 Fond with a heavy-duty trailer hitch...and the circus clown behind me is in a car we could have put in my camper. He stayed on my bumper. O.K. Time for swallow your dentures Class 101. My, my, it was so entertaining to see “Bobo” hit the brakes so hard - his front end scraped the pavement, AND the look on his face resembled someone that had wet pants in church! Then, my shaken friend pulled out and passed me with a “friendly” hand gesture I’m still #1! Problem solved...it’s a nice day for a drive!
