I’ve written about tattoos before....and yes, they are very ugly. I don’t care if your feelings are hurt, tattoos are ugly. The other day as I waited outside a business for Deanne, a “fortyish” man came down the sidewalk with tattoos literally from head to foot. His bald head looked like an atlas, he had on a basketball type shirt and shorts and honestly, he looked like a walking monopoly game. I guess at Easter this guy could hide in the bushes and the children could claim the Easter egg grand prize by finding his head! Talk about a “Nightmare on Elm Street”...yeah Elm Street....see, its right there by his elbow! And.., on his legs, were big tattoos of Coiled Rattlesnakes, boy...that’ll look cute at the rest home in 30 years! WHY???? do people spend 1000’s of dollars defacing and destroying the only skin they’re ever gonna’ have? Cute now? Sexy now? Macho now?...Nope. Everyone has the right to be an idiot and I think “tattoo-ers” are leading the pack. What did I accomplish with this blog? Nothing – but I hope just one person says NO to being a permanent circus clown.
