It's over....my 30 year "Zeb at the Ranch" Talk Show ended Monday June 30th at 11 AM...then at 11:01 the sadness set in. I did not want to leave the show, BUT, I was being forced to accept a "new" contract agreement that was not acceptable or feasible. I won't bore you with the logistics, but I will say contracts, shaking hands and trusting are "slim to none" in the business world today. Bitter?? Yup! I put together with the assistance of my wonderful wife, a very good and informative talk show that was second to none in quality and guests. We were diligent in providing the best in the time slot from 8 AM to 11 AM Monday thru Thursday. However, the family ownership decided cutting costs AND not honoring their word was more important – so I pulled the program. To all of my listeners, blog readers, sponsors and friends...God Bless You and know I'm not going away, never to be heard from again - leave the saddle on my horse, I'll be riding somewhere!
