Think back in your past when maybe you've done something that was ego centered or selfish and your Mom or Dad said "Who do you think you are????"... or maybe you were really trying to be better or be the best and some naysayer says "Who do you think you are?? I've had both circumstances happen to me. As children, we make bad choices and mistakes and our parents will put us back on our "toadstool" by saying who do you think you are acting like that??! Then the other side of that coin shows up in adulthood when you are trying to succeed and then jealous people say "mmm who do you think you are..."jealousy and envy because you're doing what they can't or WON'T!...who do I think I am?? I've had it figured out for some time. I am a person that's overcome a ton of adversity in my 77 years and I'm proud of it – not brag-just fact. I don't care a whit if people like me or not, I have certain standards of truth and business ethics and if YOU cross me, you'll KNOW my thoughts about your actions. In my 50 plus years in the communication business, I have a reputation for verifying and telling the truth about all issues...I won't weaken those values. Who do think YOU ARE and are you standing up for values and standards in your life? WHO ARE YOU?
