Zeb...finish the book!! My friends, my Aunt, my lovely bride of 52 years say “finish the book”! I’m trying, I have many stories written, but far too few for the stories of my life. The ONE big fear I have is that some will think I’m writing this book out of egotism and “tooting my horn”...NO. To be frank, I’ve had so many things happen in my life, good and bad, and have had to overcome a lot of roadblocks. I feel these “stories” will help someone else to persevere...Don’t Quit, Never Give Up. One big problem is that my typing skills are zilch...all of my fingers have been broken, some 2 or 3 times and trying to hit the right letter is impossible. I did take typing in high school and I did get a passing grade, but, that was 60 years and many major accidents ago! So...I’m writing the stories on legal pads, and that poses another problem. My “penmanship” is bordering on caveman wall paintings and literal henscratches. I can’t tell you the number of times that Deanne has yelled at me to NOT write this blog in Egyptology! The other problem is...time, I don’t force myself to take the time to get this project finished. I have many friends that have written books, many of whom have been on my program like Dave Bego, Dan Perkins, Frosty Wooldridge, Tom Clavin, and others ...I need their discipline!! So...I’m really trying to get this final big project of my life done...I just to be hogtied to this chair!
