My lil' teapot didn't just boil over...it blew up! This past Thursday a story crossed my desk about a lady politician in Finland that had been arrested for hate speech...yup...she quoted Romans, Chapter one, Verses 24 – 32 on Facebook to a friend!...the BIBLE!...Hatespeech!!! This Christian lady is being investigated by police because she criticized the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland for participating in LGBT pride events in June...I would have criticized them too! I said over a year ago on my program that the Bible would become subject to sleazy liberal Cancel Culture, and now it is. I wonder how many pastors and church leaders will speak out on this issue and stand firm for what the Bible says? I'm afraid that way too many will cower and turn their back on protecting God's word in favor of not "upsetting the apple cart!" The lady Finnish politician said this, "I am concerned if quoting the Bible is considered even "slightly" illegal. I hope this won't lead to self-censorship among Christians". There are many "so called" pastors of God that can't stand me and my program because I'm outspoken, very opinionated and I bluntly tell the truth! My fervent prayer for them would be to preach the Bible the same way and not be afraid of losing dollars in the collection plate! IF the Bible were taught and learned according to the words of Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit, WE would be better people! Cowards fear men, money and power and forget the ultimate power is in the Bible itself. Acts 5 verse 29 says it best, "We must obey God rather than any human authority"... "NUFF SAID".
