I can't believe we let them "slide by"...Deanne and I went to a "Lincoln Day" banquet yesterday, and NOT one single national Idaho Senator or Congressman was in attendance. Oh sure, they had their office Reps there to represent them...but what good are they?? We are living in very troubling times and we deserve answers from our elected officials that work with the evil every day...NOT a response from a helper that says "MMMM, I'll find out and get back to you!" We pay these people to serve us and if they can't allocate time on the calendar to be here and answer our questions face to face...lets clean house at election time. Most of the time, Minidoka and Cassia Counties have their "Lincoln Day" at noon and Twin Falls County has theirs in the evening...one day for our politicians to be here and show they care...nope. Most of the time, these events are nothing more than sweaty handshakes and bloviating, but, like I said earlier, these are "troubling times". I want to look in their eyes and and ask blunt questions about the border and WHAT they're doing (if anything!), I want to demand an answer to what they can or will do to preserve our Constitutional rights, AND what they're going to do to fight this massive socialistic cancer from the Biden administration...I want answers, not a form letter. I'm not a "warm & fuzzy" person, don't what to be, when I want something done I expect it to be done by the person I've hired...or else! I expect our politicians to do their job for us...or clean out their desk...these ARE "troubling times"!!!
