The headline read "World Cup Champs Celebrated as Heroes"...heroes! Really...heroes? Co-Captain Megan Rapinoe taking a knee during OUR National Anthem! Then, Rapinoe and others refusing to stand or place their hands over their hearts for the "Star Spangled Banner"! And, all the profane and disgusting remarks about our President and current administration! Then to make it worse, after their "victory", dropping the U.S. flag on the ground and walking away!! Thank goodness ONE team member went over and picked up our flag to prevent further desecration!! Heroes?? Not to ME! Many of the soccer team used this "victory" to make a political statement. Some are lesbians and want to "push" the Gay agenda, some are so liberal their contempt for President Trump is over the top and some looked at their "victory" as a way to obtain selfish material greed!! Heroes? These "ladies" were given a huge New York parade with the crowd chanting "USA! USA!", the blaring of air horns and sirens of adoration from admiring "fans". One father with his young son was quoted "We're here to celebrate how the American women made us proud ON and OFF the field"...really?? I've had my "heroes" in my lifetime.... "Roy Rogers, King of the Cowboys" took the time to send a young polio victim pictures of him and Trigger AND an autographed bandana that he wore on his TV show...I know this is true...I WAS that little boy...Roy Rogers WAS my hero. Mr. Tom Guenther, my high school math teacher, completely crippled up from polio, both legs in braces and on crutches, taught me NOT only math, but NEVER EVER give up...Never Quit! These are just a couple of examples of what I think are "real" heroes, noble, role models with outstanding qualities - - I don't see those attributes in many of the soccer team members, and to be very honest, I'm somewhat ashamed they represented My Country!...HEROES??? You make the call.

Don't forget Dr-History.com! Exciting episodes of the old West!!
Now in 110 countries...110!! And not one of them
have said they're offended!

Our Pledge of Allegiance:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for all.

Dear Lord: Please Bless and heal this land with your grace and power.
Help us to realize YOU are in charge as you were, as you are now and like
you'll be in the future. Forgive us for "straying off the trail" of what's right
and what's wrong and help us to appreciate what you've blessed us with,
the greatest Country in the world...America!
In Jesus Name.....Amen

Please Read Ephesians Chapter 5 vs 10.

The way things were - are the way things ought to be!
